WHERE WILL YOU LIVE FOREVER?
If you died now; where will you live in eternity? There are only 2 places; heaven or hell. Both are real places.
In respect to heaven God’s word says:
Revelation 21: 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.
John 14:2-3 In My Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
In respect to Hell:
Revelation 20:15 If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Matthew 13:41-42 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will weed out of His kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. They will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
As humans God says we are sinners, and WE ARE:
Romans 3:10-11 There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God.
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
The penalty for our sins is Death (separation from God).
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death,
BUT, THE GOOD NEWS IS THIS: God has made a way to be saved that death. Jesus Christ His Son died in YOUR place. God’s gift to YOU. It is YOUR choice; YOU are to make the decision. YOU still have YOUR free will to decide if YOU want the free gift. God will never take away YOUR free will.
Question to ask YOURSELF; do you want eternal life now and in heaven OR eternal torment in hell?
Romans 3:24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
Romans 6:23 but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Acts 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.
1 John 2:2 He (Jesus) is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith; and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God; not by works, so that no one can boast.
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Jesus rose from the dead and took the keys of Hell and Death:
Revelation 1:18 I (Jesus) am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.
Hebrews 1:3 After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.
Luke 24:5-7 Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.
Mark 16:6 Don’t be alarmed, he said You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.
You must, however, REPENT, from your sins.
Galatians 5:19-21 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
REPENT means: to feel such regret or dissatisfaction over your sin as to change one’s mind about it; to be conscience stricken; to feel sorry for what you have done or failed to do. GOD CALLS FOR REPENTANCE:
Matthew 3:1-2 In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the Desert of Judea and saying and saying, “REPENT, for the kingdom of heaven is near.”
Matthew 4:17 From that time on Jesus began to preach, “REPENT, for the kingdom of heaven is near.”
Acts 17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to REPENT.
Acts 2:38 Peter replied, “REPENT and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 3:19-20 REPENT, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, and that he may send the Christ, who has been appointed for you—even Jesus.
There are many commands for REPENTANCE so God must mean business. What must you do? You must believe in the Lord Jesus, have godly sorrow to repentance by turning from your sinning ways and you will be born again.
John 3:3 In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.
Acts 16:31 “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.
Romans 10:9-10 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
GOD THE FATHER IS NOT MAD AT YOU ANYMORE.
Jesus took all the punishment of sin on Himself. But YOU must choose.
Romans 5:8-9 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!
1 Timothy 2:5-6 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men.
Ephesians 1:7-8 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.
ADMIT to God YOU are a sinner.
BELIEVE that Jesus took the punishment for YOUR sins on Himself.
CONFESS this new faith from YOUR heart that Jesus is Lord
Romans 10:11-13 As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
2 Corinthians 7:10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. (separation from God).
2 Corinthians 6:17-18 Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.
Ephesians 5:1-2 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
1 John 2:6 Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did
Jesus is returning to gather up his family
Revelation 1:8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Hebrews 9:28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
Matthew 24:29-31 Immediately after the distress of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And He will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Mark 13:26 At that time men will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.
Matthew 24:44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him.
Luke 21:27 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Mark 13:37 What I say to you, I say to everyone: WATCH!
Remember, YOU will live forever; but where?
Seek God, His righteousness and His Kingdom, which means YOU must seek, desire and obey the way God wants YOU to live. Jesus taught and showed us that way; be like Him.
Receive Jesus into YOUR heart today. Today is YOUR day of salvation.
2 Corinthians 6:2 I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.
